Looking for a service that provides real-time spoken translations integrated directly into phone calls.

Specifically, I need a solution where one person (the caller) speaks only English and the other person (the callee) speaks only Russian, with translation occurring in both directions (Russian-to-English and English-to-Russian).

Possibly, a dedicated VoIP app.

Конечный пользователь очень пожилый человек, который не умеет пользовать компом и смартфоном. Ну или умения на уровне дистанционного управления телевизора.

В принципе всё возможно по отдельности. Чтобы всё вместе я не видел.
